Description
This bright and zesty lemon sorbet is made with just 3 ingredients in the Ninja Creami. Smooth, tart, and ultra-refreshing!
Ingredients
¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ cup filtered water
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk lemon juice, water, sugar, and zest in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
2. Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container. Seal with lid.
3. Freeze pint on a flat surface for 24 hours.
4. Insert pint into Creami outer bowl, install lid and blade.
5. Select SORBET mode and spin.
6. If powdery, use Re-spin. Add a splash of water if needed.
7. Scoop and enjoy with toppings or straight from the pint!
Notes
For extra smooth texture, add 1 tbsp of corn syrup or honey.
Add mint or basil for a herbal twist.
Freeze up to 7 days in Creami pint with lid on.
