Description
A refreshing, naturally sweet Ninja Creami made with blueberries, maple syrup, and matcha for a guilt-free dessert packed with antioxidants.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup frozen wild blueberries
1½ tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
1 pinch sea salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into Ninja Creami pint and freeze flat for 24 hours.
3. Place pint in Creami machine and run “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
4. If needed, add 1 tbsp milk and Re-Spin.
5. Serve immediately with toppings or store and Re-Spin later.
Notes
Use wild blueberries for the best color and antioxidant punch.
Maple syrup adds depth—taste after first spin and adjust if needed.
Matcha quality affects flavor—go ceremonial-grade if possible.
